In most cases you as a creditor already sent several reminders and / or called the debtor repeatedly, but your debtor is just trying to keep you in suspense .

Maybe you've already called in a debt collection agency, but not all debtors are too impressed by reminders or phone calls from collection agencies.

In such cases, it is best to contact an experienced debt collection lawyer.

Our office immediately sends a letter of formal notice to the debtor and will call the debtor, to whom it is made clear in a resolute way that your patience has run out and that the debt has to be paid without any further delay.

Automatically, interest and additional damages for late payment are being charged to the debtor.

Our letters before action are very affective and in many cases the debtor pays the debt under the threat of legal proceedings.

If the debtor is unable to repay the debt at once, your debt collection lawyer can work out a scheme of repayment or consider possibilities for extension of repayment term. Of course such settlements are subject to your approval as a client.

If an amicable solution turns out to be impossible after all, you will be clearly advised whether or not it is advisable to start a lawsuit.

For this assessment we will take into consideration the costs of the proceedings, the solvency of the debtor and the risk of contestation of  your claim before the court.
